I know I have gushed over my bestie Sweet Emilia Jane designs many times and I am ready to open up the flood gates again. She created the most gorgeous tablescape for a Modern Wedding. I LOVE her design aesthetic and am blown away by her range of creativity. Not only did she create all the pretty on the table she also created ALL the paper goods. Really is there anything this gal can’t do?

Kristen + Greg made this session so fun. They are planning their wedding from Austin and were able to squeeze in an afternoon engagement session in Torrey Pines in the midst of all their planning. They are super fun loving and I know they are going to have a RAD celebration come August. They are getting married at a brewery so its bound to be amazing–can’t wait!

Kaci + Jhonny’s wedding was crazy fun not to mention STUNNING. They LOVE each other and they LOVE photography so naturally I LOVED them. Johnny is a photographer, so it was important to them to put photography as priority, even moving the ceremony at the last minute to ensure a beautiful background. It could not of been more gorgeous. The dramatic clouds in attendance for the ceremony opened up and poured out light as Kaci + Jhonny were announced husband and wife. It was magical, mind bending, groovy universe stuff that brought smiles to faces and set the tone for the rest of the celebration. And celebrate they did, these peeps threw down in a major way. Thanks for sharing the fun and love with us! xo

Carly + Tim’s wedding was stunning. How can you go wrong when you choose Yosemite as the backdrop for your fete? This was our second Yosemite wedding and we were feeling extra grateful that we get to travel the country doing things we love. Yosemtie is a magical place and its where Carly + Tim shared their first kiss. We thought it so sweet that they honored that by having their wedding, surrounded by only their closest family and friends, there. I LOVE how they wanted to stay true to the natural surroundings by choosing natural materials as their decor for their beautiful brunch at the Ahwahnee. It was so awesome to be a part of such a small loving wedding. xo

We bought our very first house a few months ago and have been slowly working to make it our home. We have never been overly fussy about our living space, always opting for comfort over style, but something changed when we became homeowners. Don’t get me wrong, we still want comfort but we also wanted to make it AMAZING so, we enlisted one of the sweetest gals we know, Heidi from Girl Oliver, to help us make the tiny Craftsman comfortable, beautiful and practical. The home was built in the 20′s and like most Craftsmans the rooms are smallish. Heidi helped us conceptualize and decorate the space in a way that still made everything feel open and incorporated some of our favorite pieces that we have collected over the years with some new gems she helped us seek out.

Kacie + Mike – Married!

Kacie + Mike’s wedding blew me away. The LOVE that flowed between them and their friends and family was soul satisfying beyond words. I am in love with every creative detail about this wedding but my favorite part of this fete was the sheer number of creative beings who were in attendance. So many people were artists and musicians. Kacie and Mike’s close friend, Even Taylor, wrote a song just for their wedding that she performed during the reception. It was tear jerking mind blowing stuff.
